20 years of experience working with premier UK Shooting Estates in multiple roles. Kate has a deep understanding of the needs of our clients, and how to meet them. Kate get’s how Private Homes and Luxury venues should run, and is our expert across Housekeeping, House Management and Front of House.

Head Chef
With Multiple michelin star experience as a Head Chef, alongside 10 years as a Private Chef, Ryan has delivered wonderful food to a consistently high level across a multitude of locations and situations, taking in Shooting Estates, Private Houses and small-scale bespoke events.

Having trained as an Event Manger with the Dorchester Group both in their flagship London Hotel and the Ascot based Cowarth Park Hotel, Jenny brings the creativity, attention to detail and logistical expertise that underpins all RB events.
